Zhongzheng Energy Technology Development (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, established in 2022, is a South-China-focused developer, investor and smart O&M provider of commercial and industrial rooftop distributed PV. Integrating “generation-grid-load-storage” design, BIPV structures and a digital energy platform, the company delivers turnkey rooftop PV solutions with tier-1 equipment, EPC and AI-enabled asset management.
Strategic partnerships with LONGi, Skyworth, Sumec, CRRC Zhuzhou and China State Construction have enabled 21 projects totaling 40 MW and 40 GWh annual output. In May 2025 it secured two state-owned projects in Shenzhen and Zhuhai, and plans to add 100 MW and serve 30 enterprises plus 15 zero-carbon parks within three years, positioning itself as the benchmark distributed-PV brand in South China.
